The sooner the tattoo image is copyrighted, the better it is as while giving a judgment over the original copyright owner, the older the date of getting a copyright is, and sooner the court will agree to it. Copyright let the court assume that a person has the rights to use the work in his own personal interests and can stop others from using their work.
